2023-2024 Ottawa Catholic School Board Community Use of School Applications

Starting May 15, 2023 the Community Use of Schools (CUS) office is accepting 2023-2024 school year applications.

Please ensure that that your application is submitted before the end of this current school year (June 29). Final approvals from CUS office will be sent over the summer, before the next school year begins.


Please note that CUS office will only accept on the hour applications, for example 6-8 time block rather than 6:15-8:15 as this will maximize our hours available to all groups. Also the earliest start time is 6:30 for Elementary Schools with Child Care or Extended Day Programs.

The Board shall retain the right to adjust, reject or withdraw an application for any activity and/or event in accordance with its Policies and Procedures.
