Development Application - O'Keefe / Hwy 416

The City of Ottawa previously received an application to bring land north of O'Keefe ct and East of Hwy 416 into the urban boundary and develop it for residential homes. The Ontario Land Tribunal issued a ruling that the City must now consider the application. I am following this application closely and working with the community associations to better understand the issues and implications and will regularly update as the situation progresses.
