Update and action plan for leaking garbage trucks

I wanted to provide an update on the leaking garbage trucks. I know that there is an icky liquid leaking from some of Miller's (who the City contracts for) garbage collection trucks. I have been in contact with City staff, who have assured me that they are working towards a solution. A fleet of newer collection trucks will be arriving shortly. In the short term, street sweepers will be cleaning the leak stains left behind.
