Frosty's Hug: A Community Initiative

On December 5, 2022 (International Volunteer Day), I announced a pilot programme for Barrhaven West: Operation Frosty’s Hug. Simply put, go and reach out to a neighbour that could use some assistance this winter with snow shovelling and offer to help them out. If you are a high school student, this can count towards your volunteer hours. Contact my office for more details, and at the end of this program there will be some draw prizes courtesy of our amazing local business community.
